  Seriously . . . my dinner was served like fast food with plastic & paper!
  This was a SHOCK! WTF - what is Fresh Bites? What part of no carts no fuss sounds good for the customer? I want a cart and a fuss! I don't want fast . . . I want a 3 star meal on a PLATE! I hope you FAIL! This is not a direction I want to see our hotel providers moving. Life on the road it hard enough! What . . . you don't want to do the dishes? FRESH BITE ME! I'll sleep on the old sheets, pick up my towels for a two day stay to save water, but this is SO WRONG!!! You crossed the line. I will not eat off of plastic, paper and peal open condiments! The airport had real fresh flowers arranged in the women's bathroom. I always stopped there first when I land. Thanks BWI - nice touch. I stopped at Vino Volo and purchased a $60 bottle of old vine zin ( it was a hard day). The Marriot front desk was lovely and offered me a wine opener when I told her my excitement about dinner in my room. I stopped by the bar and got a real glass and ordered my dinner. My meal arrived like fast food. WHAT? Where am I? Let me tell you something Mr. Marriot - a 3 star hotel uses a PLATE, a real fork and a real napkin. Terrorist has taken the knifes out of the airport for safety. I have to jump through travel hoops all day. You are suppose to be HOME! NO THANKS! Marriot is OFF MY LIST! I WILL NOT peal open a plastic ketchup packet and pay 3 star hotel rates. You lost me! BYE BYE! My new letter to my clients recommends that I do not fly Spirit Airlines and will NO LONGER stay at Marriot. I do 50 cities a year, so here is my vote - 50x a year! NO!!!!! I'll pay more! AT least at Spirt I can upgrade my experience. I can only imagine that the decision to make this HUGE move to "Fresh Bites" did not involve any customer input.

  I've stayed at this hotel for business several times over the last few months. The hotel accommodations and service are acceptable. However, service at the M Blue restaurant is some of the worst I've ever experienced. On one occasion I waited 30 minutes for a menu before leaving. They've since hired a hostess which has improved things slightly.
