  Brittanys the dining room manager down here in greenbelt Maryland AND her whole crew was some of the best customer service ever. We came from Texas on a work trip to Maryland for only a few days. Typically, when in a city for only a few days, I'll eat at a different place each time to try everything. I found myself at Chevys 3 times in a week while visiting Maryland because of Britanny and the guys excellent service and delicious food!!!

  Usually I'm fairly easy going when it comes to restaurant service because I understand they must be tired and stressed by the end of the day. My experience here was an exception to that. The waitress was unwelcoming and seemed like she didn't want to be there at all, she came to the table maybe 3 times the entire time, and it took her 30 minutes to get a brownie dessert. She was almost never out of the kitchen and often enough I saw tables that had to flag other waitresses down just to get a refill or order an entree. In addition, the food was HORRIBLE. With the exception of the fajitas, which were decent, the enchiladas were inedible. I've honestly had better microwaved enchiladas. The atmosphere was also unbearable, complete with a screaming child right next to me, and children running around constantly. Overall I would recommend not coming here unless absolutely necessary, and if you do come here, expect to be here for over an hour and only order the fajitas. I wish I could give it lower than one star.
